Hotel was ideally situated for sea front and restaurants and the rooms were very comfortable with excellent sound proofing- as the hotel is on the corner of 2 roads this was important.

Staff was friendly and the room was always clean
the breakfast was not good, eggs and bacon was not hot, bacon did not taste like proper bacon, no proper coffee or orange juice. cheap products e.g. jams etc.

good customer service, hotel clean and good value, very good location. Should offer a bigger discount at the Balena beach club

The hotel had a nice ambiance, but the
Room felt a bit cramped for three adults. Although clean and equipped with good amenities, we struggled with space at times. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location of this hotel was a dream for me. Being right next to Lepanto metro station made it so easy for me to explore the city. The convenience of having the metro right outside the hotel was a major plus. Additionally, the hotel was just a short walk away from the Vatican, which was a must-visit for me. I couldn't have asked for a better location.
Nothing at all.

A little slice of paradise
Woke up to amazing sea views. The room was spacious, and the shower was like a spa experience. Breakfast featured good homemade pastries and attentive service.
The bathroom felt dated and lacked natural light. While the lively promenade outside was entertaining, it caused a bit of noise disruption when trying to sleep at night.

The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the good air conditioning. Surprisingly, we got a partial sea view thanks to the terrace! The room was really clean, and I felt at ease. Just keep in mind if you get a sea view, it can be a bit noisy with nightlife if windows are open, but soundproofing was pretty good when closed.

The location was excellent. We have been to the area many times before and we like to have a sea view even although there is street noise. The room was spotless and the situation of the Hotel extremely convenient for the bus station, the harbour and sea front.
Given some of the previous comments we were extremely disappointed with breakfast. When you go B&B, breakfast is pretty important. The Hotel was extremely quiet when we were there and we found the breakfast area soulless. By the end of the stay I began to wonder just how fresh the food was. No-one enquired if everything was ok and you are pretty much left to your own devices. There was no scrambled egg during our stay nor was there an offer of any. Neither was there any help with the egg boiling apparatus. The yogurts were warm by the time we got to them and therefore unappetising. We finished up having breakfast elsewhere. I've never before done that in Italy! This Hotel has the potential to be excellent. but you could be in a bus terminal for all the eye contact you get from the staff on the desk, particularly one of the gentlemen. One final comment. Ditch the coffee machine! The cups are impossible to hold and what comes from the machine could be anything! Serve coffee or tea from the bar in the morning. That would be a start.
